Update: The winner of the sterling silver ring from Across the Pond is IRMA'S ROSE COTTAGE!
CONGRATULATIONS!!
◦ ○◦○ ◦
Casey from Across the Pond always loved crafting, but never seemed to find time to make her creations a reality until recently. Lucky for us! ...And, if you were wondering about the name of her shoppe, she says that even though she was raised in the South, a little piece of her heart lies "across the pond" ...in London.
★ What inspires you?
I'm mostly inspired by the materials I work with. I'm obsessed with beads, findings, gemstones, paper, fabric, and ribbon. When I get my hands on them, I love imagining what they could be, planning things out, and manipulating them into something beautiful.
★ What has been your most memorable moment selling your art?
Opening my Etsy shop was the first step on this journey, so I'd say that was the most memorable. I've only been open since this past November, but I've learned so much. I've improved dramatically at making my products, photographing and presenting them, and communicating with buyers. On Etsy, I feel like I'm a part of a community as well as a movement, which is just a great feeling.
★ Any advice for fellow artists...
Keep creating! It can get frustrating, but just find inspiration somewhere and keep at it.

Casey of Across the Pond is sweetly giving away one of her gorgeous rings, made entirely of sterling silver. It is intricate in design, but simple as it will go with everything, making it so easy to wear. The bead measures approx. 15 mm. It will be made in the lucky winner's size! Sweet!

Hello! I like where the name of her site comes from. I choose the
"Stagecoach Star!" My home is decorated with prim and her stars have to look I enjoy. An antiques, roughed-up, "Old West" feel. The colors I like are the browns, teals, florals and brick red. Please enter my name in this drawing. Thanks very much.....Cindi

Hey Sweetness. My absolute favorite is the Guilty pendant. I think it says a lot about who I am, and what I am going through at this stage in my life. I love all your rings, especially the purity ring. But being forced to choose one item, right now it's the "As Sin" pendant.

Totally off the subject, but the font in her shop is way cool!
I LOVE to work with paper, so of course I have to pick the Stagecoach Stars - They are AMAZING!
The Newcastle Upon Tyne Silver Ring reminds me of a ring I bought on a trip to Wales several years ago. I lost the ring and have being looking for one like it...and here it is. Thanks for the great contest!
I had to pick the Newcastle Upon Tyne Sterling Silver Ring too. I adore silver & the simplicity of this ring is right up my alley.

I like http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=11165672 the trinity ring because those are the three colors I wear most often. I like jewelry that can be worn with pretty much anything, and this ring certainly fits the bill.

Yeah--great shop! I had a hard time choosing, the rings are all so cute (and I like the stars too)--but I'm gonna have to say Aralie Gardens Carved Rose Ring-in green. It has a bit of a shabby chic style, that I really like.

So much lovelies in her store! The loveliest for me would have to be the Better Than Diamonds rings. Gorgeous! Thanks so much for hosting these great giveaways, pretty Raven!!

Oooh, I love those Aralie Gardens Carved Rose rings! I love anything with carved roses, but these are especially lovely and unusual being that they are transparent. The olive colored one is a definite favorite. It would go great with some olive cargo pants and maybe a lacey tank top.
