I heard about Karolina's missing belly button being about some childhood surgery, but I'm not falling for it. I'm sure that when she had her fake boobs put in they went in through her belly button and messed things up. She probably got her boobs for free then. lol
And, the freakish missing BB doesn't seem to be hurting her career any. She's lucky for PhotoShop and any other image- manipulating device out there these days.
