Growing up in small town Pennsylvania was definitely an experience for me...and one I wouldn't change for the world since my childhood made me the person that I am today. But, come hunting season, the area that I grew up in became a different place and not a place that I personally wanted to be.
I mean, where else can you get out of going to school to go HUNTING...and HOW utterly INSANE is that concept?

hahaha now that video is hilarious - and unfortunatly accturate. I'm sorry to report that not much has changed since you've lived here :-( And yes, the kids still get off of school for the first day of deer season
That is so funny! that little guy playing dead! Deer hunting is big here, too, but the kids don't get out of school for it.

My kids have watched this video five times now. After I explained that the deer was not really dead but acting they decided that they really liked it.
