What to do with $2.7 Million

Here is just one option...

Built in 1872, this spectacular historic majestic Italianate Victorian Estate is set on four and a half acres overlooking the Monterey Bay in California. Its panoramic ocean views extend from Pacific Grove to Santa Cruz and its delightful valley views overlook organic farmlands and heather fields.

The main house was meticulously restored in 2000 and has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It has fabulous period details including 13 foot ceilings crowned with substantial moldings and three marble fireplaces. The enormous kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, marble counters and custom cabinetry. The master bedroom has stunning views with access to a huge balcony that spans the full width of the house.
The beautifully designed guest house has two bedrooms, a bath, a full kitchen and great views.

oh gosh, it's beautiful! From the outside perhaps a little square for my taste, but the inside is so over the top and the location is just dreamy....
